Before work begins, we'll agree on the scope, priorities, and estimated hours required, so you'll have a clear understanding of the investment involved.
Some clients need support with one focused project. Others need help across multiple areas of their administration, systems or governance. Your engagement will be tailored around what your business actually needs, without locking you into a package that doesn't fit.
What happens next?
Once we've talked about what you need, I'll recommend the best way forward.
If we decide to work together, you'll receive a clear scope of work, Client Service Agreement and invoice before your project begins.
From there, you'll be guided through a simple onboarding process and we'll get to work.
